Role Overview (What They’ll Do)As the Canvassing Manager, you will build and lead a high-performing field team to produce a predictable flow of qualified, two-party appointments. You are a "Player-Coach" who recruits talent, models excellence on the doors, and ensures every lead handed to our sales team is a high-quality opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Field Leadership: Spend 50-60% of your time in the field during the ramp phase, knocking doors alongside your team to model "The Pitch" and "The Math."
- Talent Development: Constantly recruit, onboard, and train new canvassers to maintain a full and productive bench of talent.
- Quality Control: Oversee lead handoffs to the call center to ensure all appointments meet our strict "two-party" and "qualified" standards.
- Daily Discipline: Lead high-energy morning huddles, assign territories with precision, and track daily KPIs to ensure team targets are met.
- Team Production: Generate 20 (scaling to 50 ) qualified sat appointments per week.
- Appointment Quality: Maintain a >75% show rate and >80% two-party confirmation rate.
- Ramp Speed: Successfully onboard and ramp new canvassers to minimum productivity within 4 weeks.
- System Adherence: Execute 100% of scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions and daily huddles.
