Overview
Phillips Financial is a successful financial services firm located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, offering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management. We are seeking a full-time Client Service Administrator (CSA) to join our Individual Wealth Management division. The CSA plays a critical role within the firm, working with advisors to onboard new clients, service existing client accounts and requests, and provide an excellent overall client service experience (in person, phone, and email). Candidates must be professional, have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, be able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, be a team player but with the ability to work independently, and be constantly striving for excellence.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
· Supporting our client service department and advisor team, including working directly with advisors and clients to process requests, such as completing brokerage and insurance forms
- Brokerage account set-up
- Client onboarding
- Brokerage account servicing (e.g., name/address/beneficiary changes, misc. forms)
- Coordinating new insurance policies and the maintenance of those policies
· Phone coverage support (back-up queue)
· Special Projects & Firm Initiatives

Compensation
· Compensation will be based on the experience level and skills of the candidate and includes salary and a bonus based on both individual and firm performance
