Client Ambassador
📍 On-site | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Our firm is seeking a professional who thrives on building relationships, supporting a dynamic team, and creating outstanding client experiences. As our Client Ambassador, you’ll be the welcoming face of the firm—ensuring every interaction is polished, efficient, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations & Front Desk
- Greet clients, coordinate meetings, and deliver completed work.
- Answer calls, manage appointments, and handle client communications.
- Maintain strong relationships—recognizing key client milestones and supporting engagement.
Production & Data Management
- Organize, scan, and maintain digital files for accuracy and consistency.
- Assemble professional reports and client deliverables.
- Manage incoming client data and update firm systems.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Assist partners and staff with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Help coordinate firm events, licensing renewals, and annual mailings.
- Liaise with IT contractors and support internal tech needs.
Office Operations
- Manage mail, supplies, and inventory.
- Maintain shared spaces and ensure a welcoming office environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and Adobe.
- Positive attitude, professional presence, and commitment to excellence.
- Prior administrative or client-facing experience preferred.
