Full-Time Warehouse Associate – Immediate Opening | Northampton, MA
Phillips Enterprises is excited to add a motivated, dependable team member to our Northampton, MA manufacturing facility! This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things right, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory handling
- Operate forklifts (experience preferred)
- Cross-train with our manufacturing team as needed
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive workplace
Ideal candidates will have warehouse, forklift, and shipping/receiving experience and possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn and work as part of a team. If you’re dependable and ready to grow, we’re ready to train the right person!
