Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal partner for specialty leasing and property transaction opportunities generated by the Property Management Team.
- Structure, draft, review and negotiate leases, licenses, easements, and other legal agreements.
- Handle transactions for common areas and alternative property uses including solar, EV charging stations, ATMs, telecommunications facilities, and similar uses.
- Coordinate with Leasing, Development, Asset Management, Property Management, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Provide legal advice on use rights, access, site control, revenue structures, and risk mitigation.
- Support transaction execution including internal approvals and cross-functional coordination.
- Manage multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment.
- Law degree required; active bar membership required.
- 1-3 years of commercial real estate legal experience preferred.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
