Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in team management and operational planning.
- In-depth knowledge of emergency medical services, including emergency response protocols and pre-hospital care.
- Proficiency in training and mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members, community stakeholders, and associated organizations.
- Ability to manage logistical tasks such as scheduling, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and implementing quality assurance programs.
- Current EMT or paramedic certification and a valid driver’s license are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with emergency medical documentation and reporting systems is an advantage.
