Ready to define the future of defense manufacturing? As an LPBF Applications Engineer, you will embed technical leadership within Phillips Corporation to operationalize and scale Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) technology at the Navy's Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence (AMCOE). To turn data into mastery, you will capture, analyze, and weaponize process knowledge, machine telemetry, inspection data, and hard-won lessons learned to continuously elevate part quality, machine uptime, and production readiness. Ultimately, you will build a legacy by cultivating world-class additive expertise across the AMCOE. You won't just master the technology—you will mentor elite teammates, share technical breakthroughs, and anchor the future resilience of the maritime industrial base.
