Full control of accts. payable and receivable, enter all accounting data into computerized
accounting system (Computer Guidance Co.).Prepare monthly A/P andA/R reports, computer check writing, manage bank accounts, produce Work in Progress financial schedule monthly, prepare job cost reports monthly, and do other normal accounting activities.
This is a civil construction company (site preparation and utility installations) with annual volume of $35,000,000 to $40,000,000.
Normally we have 8 -12 large projects going on simultaniously.
Payroll is done in another department.
Previous experience in this field is desired but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
