You will be the go-to person for our customer's questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and the purchasing process. You will become the GM expert on all of the newest technologies, vehicles, & features. We offer paid, on-the-job training dedicated to your success; from the #1 Chevy Dealer in Illinois. This position requires a 40 hour work week.
Flexible day & evening shifts required along with every Saturday availability.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
- Provide customers with initial product information
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- This position will be focused on Buying cars from the public through lead sources like KBB, Facebook, Craiglist, etc. No travel outside the office will be required.
Qualifications:
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Must have availability to work during operating hours (Including nights & Saturdays)
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
