About Us:
Phillips Brothers Real Estate is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta. We are a small team of around 10 people. We have a great work environment, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. We are currently in a period of strong and healthy growth. In 2024 we did $25 million in revenue and in 2025 we did $35 million in revenue.
Job Description
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Acquisition Agent with a strong background in real estate sales who knows how to turn relationships into opportunities.
At the core of this role is relationship building. You’ll spend a big part of your time connecting with real estate agents, building trust, and becoming their go-to buyer when investment opportunities come up along with finding on-market and off-market properties.
You’ll also be responsible for finding on-market and off-market properties and facilitating the closing process. This includes answering any questions or objections clients may have and walking them through the process, ensuring that the client feels confident when selling their home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong long term relationships with real estate agents
- Find opportunities–on-market and off-market for investment opportunities
- Proactively source residential investment opportunities and agents through outreach, research, and referrals.
- Manage your own pipeline and work your own deals for the entire sales cycle
- Once a lead is identified, you’ll negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure the client feels confident throughout the process
- Monitor real estate market trends, anticipate objections, and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Pay Structure:
