Outside Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday
We are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to grow sales, develop new business, and build long-term relationships with automotive and commercial customers. This position focuses on calling on repair shops, fleets, and other business accounts to provide the right parts, solutions, and service to help customers succeed.
Compensation
Base pay plus commission plus quarterly bonus. Compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications
Outside sales experience is a plus
Knowledge of auto parts, heavy-duty parts, and/or garage operations is helpful
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Requirements
Valid North Carolina driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug test
90-day probation period
