What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admission Tour Guides position at Phillips Academy?
The admission office is looking for a limited number of current and graduating students to work as tour guides over the fall and winter. Your duties as a tour guide will include:
- Welcome families and complete information sessions
- Giving in person and virtual tours to prospective families
- Working with Admission Staff to complete special projects
- Corresponding with Prospective students and families
- Other duties as needed
Students who are most qualified for this role usually have experience giving campus tours, are very reliable, and have availability over the course of the summer to work. Anticipated time commitment is from November 21, 2022 to the end of the winter semester; Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, some days vary. The minimum age to be employed at Phillips Academy is 16.
