About the Role
Join our Sales Team and help expand our client base in the fast-paced futures industry. You’ll build relationships with introducing brokers, commercial entities, and global accounts while representing a trusted name in clearing services. This is a high-impact role with opportunities to grow your career, develop expertise, and make your mark in financial markets.
What You Will Do
- Drive new business and expand client relationships across diverse accounts.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to maximize opportunities.
- Represent Phillip Capital, Inc. at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless client onboarding.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and brand growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Series 3 or ability to pass the test within 90 days of start date.
- 3 years' experience working in the futures or securities industry with a successful business development track record.
- Experience with trading platforms, such as CQG, CTS, TT, and Rithmic.
- Good understanding of Introducing Broker (IBs) and Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) business models.
- Ability to travel periodically as required (domestic and international).
- Strong communication and analytic skills.
- Proven track record of futures sales experience.
- Necessary traits: Absolute integrity, strong sense of ownership, energy, initiative, detail oriented, solid communication skills, and ability to learn from mistakes.
