- Review plans, schedules, and other bankruptcy filings
- Monitor case activity and deadlines
- Review loan data and documentation to verify information
- Prepare Motions, Proof of Claims, Objections to Plan and other bankruptcy-related pleadings
- Obtain loan transaction histories, payment ledgers, trustee ledgers, account notes and ancillary materials for review
- Communicate with attorneys, clients trustee, and opposing counsel as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Assist with training and onboarding
- Ensure all internal and client systems are maintained
- Experience drafting bankruptcy-related documents
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret mortgage payment histories, loan record and escrow analysis
- Ability to use and/or learn industry related software specific to firm and clients
- Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong level of professional and effective interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Ability to rapidly acquire detailed knowledge of departmental policies, practices and procedures
- Strong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
- Reports to work on a daily and timely basis
- Extensive knowledge of bankruptcy process required
- Experience with LPS/BKFS is a plus
