Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in MN is $134,000 to $212,000
The pay range for this position in CO is $127,000 to $202,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Job Description

Your Role
- Guides medium-sized supply chain programs by integrating advanced supply chain management systems, handles the funding of all projects and investments in the program, ensuring alignment with Philips' strategic objectives, and optimizing end-to-end processes to drive operational excellence and applies advanced understanding of entrepreneurial skills and supports the entrepreneurial environment and follows up on initiatives.
- Defines and documents comprehensive project deliverables and interdependencies using project planning tools ensuring clear communication and alignment with all stakeholders to maintain program focus, working under limited supervision.
- Handles project activities with a proactive approach to risk assessment to ensure timely mitigation strategies and providing detailed progress and escalation reports to leadership.
- This role requires a blend of technical skills, knowledge of product development and sustaining commercialized medical devices project management expertise and the ability to work in a matrix organization collaborating with functions such as R&D, Quality, Operations, Regulatory and external suppliers.
- Provide Engineering and Technical Acumen to support the sustaining of commercialized products as well as new product development of electromechanical medical devices such as imaging consoles. Ability to utilize this acumen in setting direction for design and manufacturing changes, Suppliers changes, CAPA’s and End of life components.
- You’ve acquired 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree in areas such as portfolio management, innovation management, project and program management or equivalent. 10 years of experience preferred.
- Your skills include continuous improvement, stakeholder management, risk management, business acumen, people and change management, quality assurance, budget management, commercial acumen, product development lifecycle management, and program management
- You have Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
