The pay range for this position in PA is $24.00 - $38.00, plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Your Role
- Generate and maintain a feasible Detailed Production Schedule (DPS).
- Understand the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) and manage the completion of production orders in line with the plan and daily priorities
- Release production schedules to the shop floor
- Manage and facilitate the daily and/ or weekly planning handshake meetings with Production/ Operations Management.
- Troubleshoot production order and materials issues .
- Associate's Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1 year of practical experience with planning in manufacturing environment
- Advanced computer skills with experience in ERP and Reporting systems (SAP is preferable) and practical working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and deployment of LEAN tools a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
