The pay range for this position in AZ is $14.96 to $23.94, plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Distribution Technician I
Job Description
Your role:
- Process inbound customer packages and kits by disassembling, removing used materials, and routing items to the next operation.
- Transport packages to and from delivery trucks and manage material flow within operations.
- Clean, sort, prepare, and build kits and materials for reuse, including consumables and device components.
- Prepare and test devices by cleaning, charging, purging data, scanning, upgrading software, and validating functionality using computer-assisted testing.
- Perform accurate inventory transactions and segregate nonfunctional devices for further evaluation or repair.
- High School Diploma or GED required, with 2 years of experience in product testing, distribution, inspection, and/or inventory control.
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while following detailed work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and sensitivity to patient data and confidentiality.
- Experience with electronic medical devices, testing equipment, simulators, and order fulfillment is a plus
