What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Nursery Associate position at PHILIPS GARDEN STORE INC?
**SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED BY EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in related field preferred, but not required
- Ability to safely lift pots, soil, plants, tress, equipment and 50 lbs or more
- Able to withstand outdoor conditions and temperatures while performing physically demanding work
- Have strong attention to detail and able to provide excellent customer service
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: deliveries, landscape installation, nursery maintenance and be able to operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently

High School Diploma or Equivalent
