Job Opening: Experienced Host with Expertise in Filipino Cuisine
Fiesta Philippines Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Host/Hostess to lead our cultural and culinary events. We’re looking for someone who can bring warmth, energy, and professionalism while showcasing the richness of Filipino food and traditions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and cultural pride
- Introduce and explain Filipino dishes, highlighting flavors, history, and traditions
- Emcee special events such as fiestas, holiday celebrations, and community gatherings
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth event flow and guest satisfaction
- Promote Filipino culture through storytelling, interaction, and hospitality
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Filipino cuisine and cultural traditions
- Strong public speaking and hosting skills — confident, engaging, and personable
- Experience in hospitality or event hosting preferred
- Bilingual (English/Tagalog) is a plus
- Passion for community and cultural celebration
