Experienced Server — PHILIPPE French Bistro

PHILIPPE French Bistro in Old Town Fort Collins is seeking an EXPERIENCED server to join our team. Bartending experience is a strong PLUS.
We are looking for individuals that are attentive, polished, reliable, guest-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Our ideal candidate enjoys great food, thoughtful service, teamwork, and the occasional controlled chaos of restaurant life.
Schedule:
We are open Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays. Tuesday is dinner service only. Weekend and evening availability is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay is $15.16 per hour plus shared tips
- Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act
Responsibilities include:
- Providing warm, professional, attentive guest service
- Learning and confidently communicating menu, wine, cocktail, and daily special details
- Serving food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Supporting a smooth guest experience from greeting through departure
- Completing side work and opening/closing duties as assigned
- Working collaboratively with FOH, BOH, management, and ownership
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Prior serving experience in casual, or upscale casual dining
- Bartending, wine, cocktail, and beverage knowledge is a strong PLUS
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and guest-first mindset
