Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Keyholder role based in Sunrise, FL. The Keyholder is responsible for supporting the store's day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and assisting in the achievement of sales targets. Key responsibilities include handling store opening and closing procedures, maintaining inventory, supervising the sales floor, providing excellent customer service, and leading by example. The Keyholder will also collaborate with the store management team to uphold brand standards and ensure a positive environment for both customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Strong product knowledge and expertise in luxury fashion and accessories
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Proven experience in retail sales and driving sales performance
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding customer experience
- Leadership ability, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility in handling store operations
- Basic understanding of inventory management and store presentation standards
- Previous experience in luxury retail is a plus
- Able to communicate in English and Spanish
