Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Key Holder to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial role in employee training and development while maintaining an organized and efficient store environment.

Duties

• Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance team performance.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor retail math metrics to analyze sales performance and make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on budgeting and purchasing decisions.

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills for effective vendor relations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales management and team leadership.
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
