The Position
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Mover / Driver to join our team.
Our crews are the face of our company. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, professional, communicates well, and understands the importance of providing a great customer experience.
Moving experience is not required. We will train the right person. Dependability, attitude, work ethic, and customer service skills are more important to us than previous moving experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
* Safely drive company box trucks to and from moving jobs
* Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items
* Properly pad, wrap, protect, and secure customers’ belongings
* Protect customers’ homes and property throughout the move
* Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
* Keep trucks and equipment clean, organized, and ready for work
Qualifications
* Valid driver’s license and good driving record
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Dependable, punctual, and professional
* Comfortable safely operating a box truck
* Able to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy items
* Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
* Moving, delivery, hospitality, retail, or similar experience is a plus, but not required
