Your ‘day to day’:
Run, execute, and maintain Site Integrated Planning (SIP) processes for a given Manufacturing site for all its manufacturing processes (primary, semis, secondary), in a sustainable & efficient way in accordance with defined planning cycle, drumbeat and scheduling horizon to ensure the delivery of the Best Executional Plan balancing cash, cost & service targets for the company. Collect the required capacity and availability parameters from manufacturing (from resource leads) and leverage them to accomplish an efficient scheduling in factories. Adhere to capacity, production and material availability constraints while minimizing delayed/missed production and last moment STP changes.

Your Responsibilities:
- Production scheduling:
- Resource capacities, capabilities, and calendars inputs collection from Manufacturing:
Provide mid & long-term Capacity Inputs to Capacity Planning team. Provide local management with forward mid & long-term production requirements and related data (where applicable).
- Exceptions management & business continuity:
- Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders:
- Supply Planning: Preparation and follow up on production plans in short and mid term horizon; react on plan changes to ensure supply continuity to the markets
- Capacity Planning: Provide accurate information on production capacity for an optimized volume allocation and capacity management
- Manufacturing (Resource Lead): Collaborate closely on short term planning optimization and execution; collect Manufacturing resources inputs. Cooperate with resource lead to facilitate smooth execution of aligned production plan, validate production plan in line with the guidance on manufacturing assumptions and optimize the schedules of manufacturing resources such as available manning, calendars for maintenance, trainings, trials etc. Monitor the joint KPIs between Supply Chain and Manufacturing, focusing on output reliability and define & follow-up the actions.
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Ensure process alignments between production and material planning
- Transportation & WH: Connect with Factory transportation/WH teams to support transportation performance and WH utilization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering. Master’s degree in these areas is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain (demand planning, logistics, production planning) in a global/multinational FMCG. Experience in Manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain / production planning (site integrated planning). Experienced in structured way of working, ideally with defined planning process cycle.
- Production Scheduling Software (ROSE); Production Planning Software (ideally E2OPEN software, E2PR)
- Good knowledge of SAP, SAP APO and/or other relevant end to end planning solutions and optimizers
- Be legally authorized to work in the US
