The Brand Marketing and Content Lead is accountable for delivering brand awareness, consideration, and intent to buy for Smoke Free Products (SFP), embedding the global brand guidelines in the market, producing, and deploying omni-channel toolboxes, content, events and other consumer engagements in a way that is compliant with local laws and regulations. The role is critical in driving creativity across the Commercial organization and the entire market and in sustaining a lasting emotional connection with our adult consumers.

The role is critical in driving creativity across the Commercial organization and the entire market and in sustaining a lasting emotional connection with our adult consumers.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Embed global best practices in local content management through the trans-creation of messages, toolboxes and initiatives and adjust or create communication assets based on local market needs as necessary.
- Continuously assess and monitor brand and product communications effectiveness (content, events, etc.) to optimize awareness, acquisition, and retention and NPS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a holistic 360-degree marketing plan with the aim of generating awareness and conversion to PMI’s smoke-free products.
- Manage external marketing agencies, suppliers, and partnerships, in collaboration with Digital to ensure digital first content production.
- Accountable for the market content creation and management for SFP brands, products, accessories, consumables and services, across all channels and touchpoints (offline and online), in collaboration with channel leads.
- Own and coordinate the Brand Marketing & Content budget for the market.
- Identify key opportunities for local campaigns based on expertise and knowledge of the local trends and business environment.
- Create and organize impactful events to build brand equity and drive increased product awareness in collaboration with direct channels.
- Legal compliance. Apply the highest standards of integrity and full compliance with all applicable laws and PMI Principles & Practices across the organization.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience working in or around a marketing department.
- Experience managing external marketing agencies, suppliers, and partnerships.
- Ability to take consumer knowledge, insights & analytics and translate to action.
- Project Management experience
- Experience with content management and localization
- Integrated marketing communications planning experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
Annual Base Salary Range: $92,000-$126,500
