Your ‘Day to Day’

As the Data Insights Manager (internally titled Senior Business Partner), you’ll act as the strategic bridge between IT and complex business units across the Taiwan affiliate. You’ll lead advanced analytics initiatives, translate business needs into actionable data solutions, and deliver insights that drive high-impact decisions.

• Lead large-scale analytics projects across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery
• Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders in Brand, Commercial, Consumer, and Program teams
• Translate complex business questions into sophisticated analytics solutions, collaborating with Data Analysts and Data Scientists
• Drive adoption of analytics products and demonstrate their value across the organization
• Deliver predictive and prescriptive analytics using Python to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee data migration activities within Snowflake environments, ensuring seamless integration and performance

As a Manager Commercial Planning, your mission will be to co-develop the go-to-market commercial plans, establish new customer relationships and drive expansion of our smoke-free products in travel retail.

Your ‘day To Day’

• Conduct business performance assessments as well as other internal and external factors (consumer, competition, channels and industry) to identify volume, Share of Market and revenue growth opportunities.
• Propose portfolio initiatives from customer development and central category teams and support the validation and consolidation as part of an integrated regional portfolio plan for the business units
• Work together with Customer Development and B2C teams to create a calendar of Commercial Initiatives for the Business Units in line with PMI Global Travel Retail (GTR) global commercial calendar.
• Train business unit’s teams on project management methodologies to ensure projects are managed according to project management principles and practices
• Monitor business investments of the business unit and ensure timely follow-up of budget spending discipline.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 6 years of combined experience in Business Development and Commercial roles in a PMI affiliate, consulting or FMCG multinational company
• Good business acumen, strategic thinking, financial savvy, project management are key.
• Solid understanding of key marketing and commercial competencies like activity resource planning, and portfolio/product knowledge.
• Project Management is a key competency.
• Fluent English.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft office and reporting tools
• College/University degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication or similar
  
  

Annual Base Salary Range: $123,750 - $165,000
