Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting clients
- Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly
- Handle data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and perform document proofreading to ensure clarity and precision
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, managing client communications, and maintaining positive relationships
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, organizing files, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Assist with customer insurance claims
- Billing and payment services for customers and insurance companies
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Proven office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications
- Bilingual abilities are required
