The HR Manager oversees the company’s workforce operations, ensuring excellent employee experience. This position acts as a bridge between management and employees to implement policies, manage talent, and ensure legal compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting recruitment, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and managing candidate communication.
- Prepare job offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure efficient onboarding experience.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Oversee HR reporting, metrics, and audits.
- Support compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) in HRIS.
Employee Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions about policies, benefits, or HR procedures.
- Address employee grievances, mediate disputes, and conduct investigations.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and changes.
- Analyze salary trends.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications.
Payroll & Timekeeping Support
- Assist with timecard tracking, attendance inquiries, and payroll data collection.
- Coordinate with payroll or accounting teams to ensure accuracy.
Other Duties
- Manage HR projects such as performance review cycles, training programs, and process improvements.
- Perform additional administrative or HR-related tasks as assigned.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
