Join Social Media team and play a key role in developing and managing engaging digital content that highlights the impact of the firm's work around the world.
Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to transform complex topics into compelling stories across a variety of social platforms.
You'll help drive our social media strategy by monitoring industry trends, analyzing platform performance, and identifying opportunities to expand audience engagement. - Develop, execute, and manage social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms, adapting messaging for each audience and channel.
- Write, edit, and coordinate approvals for social posts, captions, video scripts, metadata, and community engagement content.
- Support major organizational initiatives, campaigns, announcements, and events through strategic social and digital communications.
- Partner closely with internal teams, including creative, video production, communications, speechwriting, and events, to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Stay informed on evolving social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats, providing recommendations for implementation.
- Oversee day-to-day management of organizational social accounts, including content planning, campaign coordination, paid media support, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with external agencies and leadership to strengthen YouTube strategy through community management, Shorts production, thumbnail development, and channel growth initiatives.
- Lead paid social media efforts across platforms, monitoring campaign effectiveness and delivering actionable insights through regular reporting and analytics.
- Evaluate organic and paid performance data, identifying opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and content optimization.
- Work alongside leadership to assess agency partnerships, identify resource needs, provide strategic recommendations, and assist with vendor management and scope negotiations.
Required
- 6 years of professional experience managing social media programs
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record managing and publishing content across major social media platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with experience balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing relationships with external agencies or vendors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
