Personal Assistant
We are seeking a Personal Assistant for a UHNW Family!
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Supervise and schedule household staff
- Liaise with household staff at other properties to ensure they are prepared for the families arrival
- Plan intricate travel itineraries (domestic and international) and ensure every aspect is planned including air travel (commercial and private), hotels, restaurant reservations, ground transport, etc
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Personal Assistance with a UHNW Individual or Family
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
