What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Event Staff & Front Desk Attendant, WSFS Bank Sportsplex position at Philadelphia Union?
The Event Staff members are responsible for the operations of all events and tournaments that are hosted at the WSFS Bank Sportsplex. This is a part-time, hourly position, which will not exceed 29 hours per week. Weekday and weekend event availability is required.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Individuals will serve as the main point of contact for tournament and event directors.
- Open and close gates around complex.
- Ensure all fields are clean at the conclusion of each event.
- Enforce parking rules and expectations.
- Monitor trash cans on fields and empty them when necessary.
- Prepare fields for major events.
- Help run internal programs
- Report any safety hazards or security risks
- Open and lock up indoor facility.
- Work at front desk assisting guests when necessary.
- Reports directly to the Manager, Rentals and Events
This position requires the following clearances:
- PA Child Abuse History clearance
- PA State Police Criminal Records Check
- An FBI Criminal Background Check
- SafeSport Certification
