Housekeeper for Hotel at Philadelphia Airport

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring all linens are cleaned and pressed.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
