This is a seasonal position that will require the availability to work nights and weekends from March to November. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Tend to children's general care needs, including providing meals and snacks throughout the day.
- Assist children with general hygiene practices, including personal cleanliness needs (i.e. changing diapers, soiled clothing, washing hands, etc.).
- Interact with children through developmentally appropriate methods, including play, music, arts, crafts, reading, writing, and physical activities. All activities and supplies will be provided.
- Light upkeep of rooms during shift including straightening and wiping down toys, surfaces and furniture.
- Additional customer-facing roles will be assigned including greeting guests, providing directional support and restocking supplies and food throughout shift.
- Present a warm and professional image; positively communicate with children, guests, and coworkers.
- Understand and adhere to all childcare and guest policies.
- Bachelor's degree in education, early childhood education, human development & family studies, nursing or similar preferred.
- 2-3 years minimum experience as a private babysitter, or experience as a professional nanny, educator, daycare employee or similar.
- Must be available to work a non-traditional schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays that fall on home game dates from late March through November 2026.
- Possess a strong teamwork attitude and enthusiasm when interacting with adults and children of all ages.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate can effectively communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking guests.
- Must be able to handle labor-intensive work including but not limited to standing for the majority of a shift (5 hours) and lifting up to 50 pounds (lifting young children or supplies).
- Professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- Energetic and outgoing personality.
- Candidates with infant, child, and adult CPR Certifications preferred (or a willingness to become certified).
- Extensive background checks including fingerprinting will be required of employees working with children.
- Free parking is provided for all shifts.
