Qualifications
Preferred:
- Marketing, Communications, Events, PR major
- Must be available to work onsite events
- Energetic
- Highly Organized
- Communications
Assists in all aspects of the event and marketing initiatives:
- Assist with set-up and break down of all events
- Assist with pre and post event deliverables
- Assist during on-site event registration and guest arrival/check-in
- Assemble and distribute gift bags
- Proof and fact check signage and marketing items
- Work with Marketing to print, prepare, and pack event signage, materials, and name badges
- Assist with photo collection and social media posts on Philly Mag Events Instagram handle
- Assist sales team with lead generation and prospecting
