Leasing Agent – Fast-Paced, High-Energy Role in Philadelphia

We’re looking for highly motivated Leasing Agents to join our dynamic and exciting team in Philadelphia.
This is not a desk job.
You’ll be out in the field all day, showing apartments across every type of neighborhood Philadelphia has to offer — from ultra-low-end rentals to luxury, high-end residences.
You’ll meet people from all walks of life, navigate challenges on the fly, and experience the excitement (and occasional frustrations) that come with closing deals in a real, competitive market.
What You’ll Do:
Show apartments throughout Philadelphia in a wide range of neighborhoods
Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process with confidence and professionalism
Handle high volume days, changing schedules, and last-minute requests
Overcome obstacles, solve problems quickly, and keep a positive attitude
Represent our brand with energy, honesty, and hustle
What We’re Looking For:
Super motivated, self-starting individuals
Comfortable being on your feet and moving all day
Strong communication and people skills
Thick skin, resilience, and the ability to handle both wins and frustrations
Sales experience is a plus, but drive and attitude matter most
