Education:
- Required: Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
- Required: Residency training in orthopedic surgery.
- Required: Fellowship in Spine Surgery (1 year) from an accredited program.
- State Medical License to practice in Pennsylvania.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery with subspecialty training in Spine Surgery.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field, including any relevant residency or fellowship experience.
