Bartender

As a Bartender at the Main Clubhouse, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will also engage with guests, providing exceptional service and fostering a friendly environment that encourages repeat visits. In addition to mixing drinks, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, managing inventory, and adhering to safety and health regulations. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall guest experience, making their time at the clubhouse memorable and enjoyable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases of beverages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or mixology.
• Experience in fine dining establishments.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible service in compliance with legal regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste.
