Team Member Responsibilities
- Drive customer outreach efforts by educating consumers on box energy solutions and promoting customized service programs
- Assist with service activation by preparing customer accounts, verifying required documentation, and coordinating installation processes
- Respond to customer questions professionally and efficiently, providing sales guidance throughout enrollment and ongoing support interactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, campaign progress, and account updates to support operational compliance
- Recognize opportunities for sales enhancements by reviewing customer feedback and recommending appropriate solutions
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing Team Member development sessions to strengthen skills and career growth
- Collaborate across teams to improve onboarding processes, resolve service concerns, and maintain high sales standards and customer service delivery

Team Member Qualifications
