Duties
- Conduct automotive repairs including brake repair, transmission repair, suspension system repair, and wheel alignments.
- Perform vehicle maintenance services to ensure safety and reliability.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Diagnose complex automotive problems efficiently and accurately.
- Work on various vehicle systems such as brakes, transmissions, suspensions, and alignments with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area with two lifts and a flat surface for efficient workflow.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all repair procedures.
Experience
- Minimum of five years of dealership experience as an Automotive Technician - A or similar role.
- Proven expertise in automotive diagnostics, brake repair, transmission work, suspension system repairs, and wheel alignments.
- Strong familiarity with hand tools and diagnostic equipment used in automotive repair shops.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment with multiple vehicle types and repair needs.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
