Role Summary
As Employee Benefits Programs Manager, you will lead the design and ongoing administration of employee benefit programs that support retention, fairness, and fiscal discipline. This role exists to ensure our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and clearly understood across the organization.
Key responsibilities include program strategy and governance; vendor and plan oversight; compliance management; cost analysis and budgeting; benchmarking against peer organizations; benefits communications; and employee counseling on benefits questions.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Strong Understanding of Self-Funded Healthcare Programs
- Bachelor's degree Preferred

- 5 years in benefits or a closely related HR specialty
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience (as required)
- Strong knowledge of benefits processes, regulations, and analytics

Typical Workday
Your day is anchored responding to time-sensitive benefits questions with discretion, drafting clear employee-facing communications, and validating that documentation and processes reflect current requirements, working in the Payroll / HRIS system to ensure accurate enrollment information and billing.
You will spend focused time reviewing plan performance and open items across medical, retirement, and ancillary offerings, then aligning next steps with internal stakeholders and external partners. As priorities shift, you willl translate data into practical recommendations, track progress to milestones, and confirm work is moving within approved budgets-closing the day with updates that keep leaders and your team aligned.
