The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of our growing portfolio of custom residential projects. This is a key position within the company, requiring discretion, accuracy, and a strong understanding of project-based accounting in a luxury environment.
The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and a polished, professional presence aligned with the standards of our brand and clientele.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day bookkeeping functions with precision and consistency
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor coordination and client invoicing
- Reconcile all financial accounts, including bank and credit card statements
- Track project budgets, costs, and allocations across multiple high-end builds
- Assist with payroll processing and internal financial reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements and support year-end close
- Coordinate with external accountants and internal leadership
- Maintain highly organized and confidential financial records
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional bookkeeping experience (required)
- Strong command of QuickBooks or comparable accounting platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- Excellent phone and communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple high-value projects
- Experience in construction or luxury residential accounting strongly preferred but not necessary
