This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Planning Attorney, located in Quincy, MA. The attorney will work directly with clients to provide counsel and draft documents related to estate planning, estate administration, probate, and succession planning. Responsibilities include advising on legal matters, preparing and filing legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings when necessary. The role also involves collaborating with the firm’s other practice areas to ensure comprehensive legal solutions for clients.
- Knowledge and expertise in Estate Planning, Succession Planning, and related legal strategies
- Experience in Estate Law and Probate, including handling legal disputes and court representations
- Proficiency in Estate Administration, including the management and settlement of estate matters
- Excellent client management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Massachusetts state bar
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in estate planning and administration preferred
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
