What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Center Technician (Central) position at PHHCA?
Professional Home Health Care Agency, Inc., a leading provider of home health care services, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Service Center Technician.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing service requests for the copying, faxing, emailing, or binding of company correspondence and documents that are either handwritten, typed, or printed while adhering to the standard operating procedures.
- Sorting incoming mail for distribution and dispatching outgoing mail both internally and externally.
- Distributes printed documents to originators, and processes requests for office supplies and/or forms.
- Maintains the Service Center inventory of forms, office supplies, etc. to the level required by the Agency.
- Obtaining referral information from community healthcare providers Portals for Clinical Services.
- Scans and uploads documents into Agency’s EMR system.
Qualifications: Must have a High School diploma or GED, current driver’s license, reliable transportation, the ability and willingness to travel in all seasons. Must be proficient with the operations and minor maintenance of all types of office equipment (i.e. multi-functional copy machines, postage machines, shredders, etc. Must have communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required to complete job responsibilities. One-year clerical/office experience preferred.
