Professional Home Health Care Agency currently has openings for QAPI Registered Nurses for our Whitley office. We offer FLEXIBLE schedules with 4 days on/ 3 days.
PHHCA is committed to providing superior in-home care through a wide range of services including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, medical social services, personal support and homemaker services to our patients in their homes.
Job Responsibilities: The QAPI RN provides quality patient care via the development, implementation and evaluation of individual patient care plans.
Job Qualifications:
- Holds current Registered Nurse license with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Kentucky or Compact state.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of regulatory requirements for home health care as well as reimbursement coverage requirements.
- One year of related experience in a clinical environment in Med/Surg, ICU/CCU or home health.
- Case Management, utilization review and supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively during all seasons.
- Position requires the physical ability to perform the job functions required of the position.
- Must have current driver’s license, the ability and willingness to travel and reliable transportation.
