- Be a trusted go-to for employee relations—helping solve challenges, coaching managers, and supporting employees with fairness and care.
- Keep our benefits programs running smoothly and make sure our people know how to get the most from them.
- Partner with leaders on performance management—from goal-setting to growth plans.
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives that make work feel more than just a job.
- Keep everything organized, accurate, and compliant (because the details matter!).
- 5 years of HR experience with hands-on work in recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
- An outgoing, approachable personality—you’re someone people naturally want to talk to.
- Detail-oriented with great follow-through—you catch what others might miss.
- A problem-solver who balances empathy with practicality.
