Phenom is seeking a small cohort of high-performing students to join as Project Management & Strategy Interns—a selective, hands-on experience designed for individuals pursuing careers in consulting, product strategy, or SaaS leadership.
As an intern, you will work directly with Project Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to help deliver enterprise-level HR technology solutions for global clients. You won’t just observe—you’ll contribute to real implementations, participate in strategic decision-making, and gain exposure to how complex SaaS platforms are deployed at scale.
This role is intentionally designed as a feeder pipeline into full-time roles across Project Management, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success.
This is a hybrid internship based at our headquarters in Ambler, PA, requiring three (3) days per week in-office.
What You’ll Work On
Partner with Project Leads to drive end-to-end client implementations, from kickoff through go-live
Support solution design discussions, helping align platform capabilities to client business goals
Build and manage components of project plans, timelines, and executive-ready status updates
Participate in client-facing meetings with enterprise stakeholders
Assist in delivering tailored product demonstrations and workshops
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
Analyze risks, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
A top-performing undergraduate or graduate student (Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field)
Demonstrated track record of academic excellence, leadership, or internships
Strong analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving
Exceptional communicator with confidence in professional settings
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

- Exposure to technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, or system architecture
- Interest in HR technology, talent experience, or enterprise software
