The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into target accounts, qualify opportunities, and set meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into target accounts, qualify opportunities, and set meetings for the sales team. What You'll Do
- Prospect into target accounts to identify decision makers and uncover opportunities
- Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and determining the best fit for Phenom's products/services
- Set meetings for sales team by leveraging phone, email and social media
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects
- Track and report activities and results
- Be a storyteller using creativity and curiosity to influence perspective clients
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- Expected salary range $50,000 - $55,000
