You'll leverage AI agents, account scoring models, workforce intelligence, and business research to help our revenue teams focus on the right accounts, with the right message, at the right time.
What You'll Do
Identify Revenue Opportunities
- Leverage AI agents and intelligence platforms to identify buying signals across target accounts.
- Analyze workforce growth, hiring trends, executive initiatives, AI investments, financial performance, and organizational change.
- Surface emerging opportunities before they become active buying cycles.
- Manage and refine account scoring models that identify Tier 1 opportunities.
- Identify hyper-growth accounts, talent hubs, and expansion initiatives that align with Phenom's ideal customer profile.
- Continuously improve prioritization frameworks based on conversion and revenue outcomes.
- Develop account and industry playbooks that help RDRs execute targeted outreach.
- Translate intelligence into messaging, business cases, use cases, and ROI narratives that resonate with prospects.
- Equip field teams with actionable insights that improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Track the performance of buying signals throughout the funnel.
- Analyze which signals generate pipeline, opportunities, faster sales cycles, higher ACV, and stronger win rates.
- Establish feedback loops with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to continuously improve signal quality and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing recommendations and insights to Revenue Leadership.
- Identify trends, emerging markets, and new opportunity areas that can influence go-to-market strategy.
- Help shape how Phenom prioritizes markets, accounts, and revenue opportunities.
The Revenue Intelligence team focuses on identifying and measuring opportunities across five primary categories:
- Expansion & Growth – New locations, business expansion, acquisitions, workforce growth
- Hiring Volume & Workforce Scale – Recruiting demand, labor shortages, hiring surges
- Financial Outlook – Revenue growth, investment activity, strategic initiatives
- AI & Automation Adoption – Digital transformation and workforce modernization efforts
- Executive Intent & Workforce Pressure – Leadership priorities, retention challenges, organizational change
- 0-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Intelligence, Market Research, Consulting, Sales Development, or GTM Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and research platforms to gather and synthesize insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both frontline teams and executive stakeholders.
- Curiosity about business strategy, market trends, and customer buying behavior.
