Role Overview

This position plays a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth. This position leads the revenue operations team, optimizing processes and tools to enhance productivity and serves as a strategic partner to GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop competitive sales compensation plans that motivate performance and align with company objectives.
  2. Collaborate with GTM leadership to develop and refine the go-to-market strategy.
  3. Establish metrics and KPIs to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  4. Ensure effective deployment and utilization of GTM systems, collaborating with IT and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 8 years leadership experience in revenue operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Clari, Groove, and related software with expertise in value selling methodologies.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.
  • Experience partnering with senior sales leadership for GTM growth.
