Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager located in Pomona, CA. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. Primary responsibilities include managing logistics, supporting inspections, coordinating with project teams, expediting deliverables, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. This role will work closely with senior management, field personnel, and clients to support project objectives and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and deadline management
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery of resources and materials
- Experience in conducting Inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordinating equipment movement and supply chain tasks
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or construction-related field is a plus
- Proficient in relevant project management and logistics software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Logistics, or a related field
